Public offer of purchase/sale of goods

1.DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1.Public offer (hereinafter - «Offer») - a public offer of the Seller addressed to an unspecified circle of persons, to conclude with the Seller a contract for the sale of goods remotely (hereinafter - «Contract») on the terms contained in this Offer, including all Annexes.

1.2. Ordering of Goods on the website of the Online Store - items specified by the Buyer from the range of Goods offered for sale, when making an application for purchase of Goods on the website of the Online Store or through the Operator.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Buyer’s order of the Goods placed on the website of the online store means that the Buyer agrees with all the terms of this Offer.

2.2. The Administration of the website of the Online Store has the right to make changes to the Offer without notification of the Buyer.

2.3. The term of validity of the Offer is not limited, unless otherwise stated on the website of the Online Store.

2.4. The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Goods, including information on the main consumer properties of the Goods, the place of manufacture, as well as information on the warranty date and expiry date of the Goods on the website of the Online Store.

3. PRICE OF GOODS

3.1. The price for each item of the Goods is indicated on the website of the online store.

3.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally change the price to any item of the Goods.

3.3. If the price of the ordered Goods changes, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer within 60 days of the change in the price of the Goods.

3.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of the Goods, if the price is changed by the Seller after the Order has been placed.



3.5. The Seller shall not change the price of the Goods paid by the Buyer.

3.6. The Seller shall indicate the cost of delivery of the Goods on the website of the Online Store or inform the Buyer when placing an order by the Operator.

3.7. The Buyer’s obligation to pay for the Goods shall be considered fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the money.

3.8. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made by the methods specified on the website of the online store in the section Payment.

4. CHECKOUT

4.1. Ordering of the Goods is carried out by the Buyer through the Operator by telephone or through messengers.

4.2. When registering on the website of the online store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:

4.2.1. Name, first name, patronymic of the Buyer or of the person (recipient) designated by him;

4.2.2. the address at which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery to the address of the Buyer);

4.2.3. E-mail address;

4.2.4. contact number.

4.3. The name, quantity, assortment, item, price of the Goods selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer’s basket on the website of the Internet Shop.

4.4. If the Seller needs additional information, it is entitled to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide the necessary information, the Seller is not responsible for the Goods chosen by the Buyer.

4.5. When placing an order through the Operator (para. 4.1. of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in para. 4.2. present offer.

4.6. Acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this Offer shall be effected by the Buyer entering the relevant data in the registration form on the website of the Internet Shop or when placing an Order through the Operator. After placing the Order through the Operator data about the Buyer are registered in the database of the Seller. Having approved the Order of the selected Goods, the Buyer shall provide the Operator with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in para. 4.2. present offer.
4.7. The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer at the execution of the Order.

4.8. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.

4.9. The contract of purchase and sale by remote method between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded from the moment of transfer of money by the Buyer to the Seller.

5. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.7. Information on the obligatory confirmation of the conformity of the Goods shall be provided in the manner and means established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation and shall include information on the number of the document confirming such conformity, about the validity period and the organization that issued it.
